How to: Create a mailing label using a wizard.
Solution:
In the Database window 'Report' tab, click 'New'. Select 'Label Wizard' and follow the Wizard instructions.
1) If the Database window is not active, activate the Database window.
2) Click the 'Reports' tab in the database window.

3) Select the desired report. (The selected report is highlighted.)
4) Click 'New'. (The New Report Wizard appears.)
5) Select 'Label Wizard' from the New Report Wizard dialog box.
6) Select the desired table or query from the 'Tables and Queries' drop-down list.
7) Click 'OK'. (The next step of the wizard appears.)
8) Select the desired label size from the 'What label size would you like?' list box.
9) Select the desired 'Unit of Measure' radio button.
10) Select the desired 'Label Type' radio button.
11) Click 'Next'. (The next step of the wizard appears.)
12) Select the desired font from the 'Font name' drop-down list in the 'Text appearance' window.
13) Select the desired font size from the 'Font size' drop-down list in the 'Text appearance' window.
14) Select the desired font weight from the 'Font weight' drop-down list in the 'Text appearance' window.
15) Click 'Build' in the 'Text color' box. (The Color dialog box appears.)
a) Select the desired color.
b) Click 'OK'. (The Label Wizard dialog box reappears.)
16) (Optional) Select the 'Italic' check box.
17) (Optional) Select the 'Underline' check box.
18) Click 'Next'. (The next step of the wizard appears.)
19) Select the desired field to appear on the label from the 'Available fields' list box.
a) Click the '>' button to add the field to the 'Prototype label' list box.
b) Repeat steps 19) and 19) a) for each additional field to be added to the report.
NOTE 1: Use the ENTER key and the 'Space Bar' to construct the desired prototype.
NOTE 2: Text typed directly onto the prototype will appear on every label.
20) Click 'Next'. (The Next step of the wizard appears.)
21) Select the desired field to sort by for the label from the 'Available Fields' list box.
a) Click the '>' button to add the field to the 'Sort by' list box.
b) Repeat steps 21) and 21) a) for each additional field to sort by.
NOTE: Click the '>' button to add all fields in the 'Available Fields' list at one time.
22) Click 'Next'. (The next step of the wizard appears.)
23) Type the desired name for the report in the 'What name would you like for your report?'
24) Select the 'See the labels as they will look printed' radio button.
25) Click 'Finish'.
